Refund Policy
- You get a 100% refund of the total amount if you cancel an order before it is accepted by a driver.
- You get a 50% refund of the delivery fee and 100% of the tip (if applicable) if you cancel an order after it has been accepted by the driver, but has not yet been picked up from the pharmacy.
- Prescription orders cannot be canceled after they have been picked up from the pharmacy.
- You get no refund if you cancel a non-prescription order (e.g. OTC item purchase) after it has already been picked up from the pharmacy.
- Refunds will be processed within 48 hours, but might take longer to get to your account depending on your bank/financial institution processing times.
